Nextware LLC is committed to providing a website that is accessible, usable, and inclusive for as many people as possible, including individuals with disabilities. Accessibility is integrated into our design and development process from early planning through ongoing maintenance. Because this website reflects the same standards we apply to the work we deliver for clients, we continually evaluate it for clarity, navigability, readability, and compatibility with a wide range of devices and assistive technologies.
Standards for Accessibility
Our goal is to align this website with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These industry-recognized standards guide how we structure content, design layouts, and implement interactive features so that users of various abilities and browsing methods can experience the site consistently and comfortably. The WCAG framework shapes how we prioritize perceivability, operability, understandability, and robustness throughout the site’s development.
We strive to create an experience that can be accessed through both traditional interfaces and assistive tools. Our layouts use semantic HTML structure so that screen readers and similar technologies can interpret content in a logical manner. Text alternatives are included for meaningful imagery and icons whenever applicable. We monitor color contrast to help support readability for individuals with low vision or color vision deficiencies. Interactive features are designed to be navigable by keyboard, with careful attention to focus order and visible focus indicators. Animations are implemented sparingly and intentionally to maintain comfort and avoid unnecessary visual distraction.
Because our site is hosted on Webflow, some interface behaviors are native to the platform. While these are not fully modifiable, we review Webflow’s defaults regularly to ensure they complement, rather than hinder, accessible experiences.
We aim for compatibility with modern versions of major browsers, including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge, as well as common mobile browsers. Many users rely on assistive technologies such as screen readers, voice navigation, or keyboard-only browsing, and we consider these interactions during planning and updates. While we cannot guarantee compatibility with all legacy systems, we make reasonable efforts to support a wide range of modern environments.
Limitations and Ongoing Improvements
Although we aim to provide an accessible website, some areas may not yet be fully optimized. Third-party tools or embedded content may introduce accessibility limitations outside our direct control. Older components, or elements created prior to certain accessibility updates, may also require ongoing refinement. Accessibility is not a static goal but a continuing process, and we regularly review pages, adjust structural elements, and update design patterns to improve the experience over time.
Feedback and Contact
We welcome your input. If you encounter barriers or have suggestions for improving accessibility, we encourage you to contact us. Please share the page you were visiting, a description of the issue, and any details about your device, browser, or assistive technology. We will review your message and, where feasible, provide an alternative method for accessing the requested content while we work to address the concern.
This Accessibility Statement may be updated to reflect improvements, changes in technology, or new legal requirements. Any revisions will be noted with a new “Last updated” date at the top of this page.

Who are your typical clients?
Nextware supports individuals, startups, small businesses, creative professionals, and organizations that need affordable yet professional digital builds. Our work ranges from simple informational sites to fully integrated business websites with interactive features and ongoing support.
Do you maintain and repair websites you didn’t originally build?
Yes. Maintenance retainers apply equally to new and existing websites. The team performs code audits, updates dependencies, improves layout errors, reinforces security, and adds incremental improvements as needed. Updates can be handled weekly, with priority tasks such as security, broken links, expired dependencies, and content changes addressed within the retainer hours. Larger feature updates may be added as new scoped items.
How will I communicate with the project developer?
Communication is handled through a central Project Lead. You can request to receive scheduled updates, preview milestones, and change documented deliverables. Channels can include email, a shared workspace, or project management tools depending on your preference.
What if I don’t know exactly what I need yet?
Discovery sessions help clarify your goals, audience needs, content structure, and feature requirements. Whether you need a simple informational presence or a fully interactive system, the scope is shaped collaboratively before any pricing is finalized. If you still need some assistance, Nextware offers a complete UX design plan, which includes several iterations to match your needs.
